Our philosophy

Every vision, every mission, every act should be based on some philosophy, without which everything is likely to wander about and get lost. In the present times, where life as such is getting lost in terms of values and ethics and is increasingly becoming meaningless and hopeless, the philosophy based on truth, simplicity, courage and non-violence is the best hope. In short, the Gandhian philosophy is to be reinvented for the world.

Our mission is to use all the resources at our disposal to reclaim the homes that we dreamt of, by overcoming any challenges that may come our way in any form.

Consumers and consumer associations
If you are a consumer or a consumer association actively participating in public awareness activities, you can highlight our story in the right fora and increase awareness of the ordinary public. We owners have, in our personal capacity, filed two cases in consumer court since 2020 and more owners are on their way to the courts and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority). We are sure,
public awareness can go a long way in checking the malpractices in the society.
News media/journalism
“The pen is mightier than the sword.” Journalists and citizen journalists can be the most potent catalysts in this social cause. As individuals and organizations, highlight our story wherever possible.
Cinematography
We believe that our story is no less than a Hollywood/ Bollywood potboiler. We have initiated a project to convert this suspense-filled, action-packed story into a motion picture- fiction or documentary. For us, this will take time. If you as artists and professionals in this field, could help in creating even short documentaries and bring them into the public sphere, it will make a lot of difference.
Academics
“Only a fool learns from his own mistake, the wise man learns from the mistakes of others”.
Academics, especially, in the fields of engineering, management and public administration, have a great deal of learning to do from our experience. This is an ideal case study that can cover technical as well as management aspects of projects.
